We merge the documents from Goldmine which carries across fields into word templates. We then convert the word document into a pdf and email it.
I want to make it easy for clients to complete the documents on screen and email them back to us.
If what I am asking for is possible I invite bids for creating the Adobe forms. (one page each).
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
