1. Purpose :
The purpose of this job, is to provide a cartoon animation stile (2D or 3D - cell shaded) according specification in a table. The propose is to develop 18 video clips based on the same Landscape frame to show different weather conditions, also, day and night for those.
Those animations will be used for children education and should be very clearly about the climatic condition that displayed on video. After see the video, the child must to take actions on game to confirm what kind of weather is.
Simplicity in this case is the one of the most important requirement of this job
Requirements:
1. Same landscape for all video animation. This means that there is no variance in the landscape, the children must to observe the same scenario, but different conditions.
2. The clip will be placed on the view of the window and should reflect a backyard of a house
3. Mandatory one video animation for each condition showing in the tab. Remember: one for Day and other for night. Total 18 animations.
4. Animations are cartoon stile, must to be for children assimilate.
5. Output: 30fps in loop, 10 to 15 seconds each animation
6. Resolution 512/512 pxels.
7. Animations using birds, trees flasks and others things, should be used to give Idea of movements.
8. Deliverables:
a. All animations must to be delivered in a separated folder
b. Must to be in PNG files frame by frame and in .PM4 format also.
i. The images png need to be named using numbers, according sequence to appear.
ii. Last frame, must to be a copy of the first one.
All rights in the creation of the videos must be transferred to the contractor.
