Character Cartoon Animate an Old Couple

We are creating an explainer video for people recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease. We need a short 5 second scene of an old couple (cartoon style) walking into the scene (a small couch facing a TV is all that is in the scene) and they sit on a couch together. Starts on a wide shot from behind the couch with TV in BG. First the husband enters (dejected), then the wife enters (supportive). Once they are seated, we would want a couple of closeup cutaways of their heads with a couple of reaction shots of them looking at each other and then turning to the TV. We will be able to supply a line drawing sketch of the 2 characters by end of July then the finished animation needed by middle of August. Based on responses to this post, we will submit a budget to the Non-Profit for approval.
