Kids rhyme learning audio and video

I would like to create video rhymes/song for kids; The video is based on kids nursery used.
1. 2D/3D animation with rhymes/song (due to copyright, the song must be unique,shouldn't copy others people song).
(example: if the rhymes/song is bath rhymes/song, animation must be related to bath scenario)
2. the 2D/3D video must be related to kids voice or adult voice related to kids education (the voice must be unique, cannot be violence voice).
3. the video will take around 2-3 minutes ++
4. the video must have my logo appeared (down right side) from the beginning until the end of the video.
5. subtitled will be display on screen
