Job Description:
Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Virtual Assistant Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in helping us generate qualified leads and appointments for our business.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Utilize your own LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram profiles to identify and connect with potential clients, decision-makers, and prospects in our target industry.
Appointment Setting: Initiate conversations with potential leads through various communication channels, including messaging, email, and phone calls, to schedule appointments for our sales team.
Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure they meet our predetermined criteria, ensuring that the appointments set are with genuinely interested and relevant prospects.
Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and increase the likelihood of setting appointments.
Documentation: Keep detailed records of all interactions, appointments, and outcomes in our CRM system. This is required as it will determine payment
Communication: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide valuable feedback on lead quality and help refine our targeting strategies.
Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for engaging potential clients effectively.
Self-Motivated: Must be highly self-motivated and capable of working independently to achieve monthly appointment targets.
Social Media Proficiency: Proficient in using LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for lead generation and outreach.
Sales Savvy: Familiarity with B2B sales processes and lead qualification is a plus.
Organization: Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of leads and appointments efficiently.
Reliable Internet Connection: A stable and reliable internet connection is essential for remote work.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based freelance position. You will be compensated based on the number of qualified appointments you successfully book for our sales team. The more appointments you set, the higher your earnings potential.
Earnings Potential:
The average successful Virtual Assistant - Appointment Setter can expect to book 15-20 qualified appointments per month. Earnings will vary based on the number of appointments booked, with higher commissions for higher performance.
