I have a strong administrative and organizational skills backed up with 4 years of professional experience. Supporting clients from the other side of the world is not new to me cause that is what I have been doing to my previous job as Finance and Admin Analyst.
As a detail-oriented person, I can follow the task quickly, effectively, efficiently and put too much attention on it to assure that the job will be done right and perfect for the first time. I am proficient in email and calendar management, database management, report analysis, web researching, MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Skype), G Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Slides, Gmail, etc.) and other communication tools like Slack. My experiences, knowledge, and positive attitude make me a strong candidate for this role.
Working daily Monday to Friday, up to 40 hours a week is very feasible for me.
