Bilingual Virtual Assistant
$8-15 CAD / hora
Who said you couldn’t earn a living while traveling the world? As a fast-growing online travel media, we are looking for a travel enthusiast to act as our remote virtual assistant.
You like to learn new things, love social media, are able to interpret and follow instructions? You enjoy helping others? You’re eager to be at the forefront of all that’s happening in the world of social media and travel? This is for you!
As a member of our team, you’ll have to be able to follow simple instructions, show initiative and be entrepreneurial. You’ll work under very limited supervision, but we still expect to see great results!
The perfect person for this role is someone who loves to learn and loves having a variety of different tasks.
Position at a glance:
-Location: Remote
-Hours: Mostly flexible. Minimum 10 hours per week (with potential to scale to full-time)
-Salary: CA$8 - CA$15 / hour depending on experience and tasks
-Length: 1 month initial contract (can be renewed if satisfactory; this is a permanent need)
Responsibilities:
Administrative
-Help the team with various simple tasks that need attention
-Complete some various online research & data entry projects
-Monitor, filter, and reply to emails
-Basic edits and formatting of documents, images, and videos
-Maintain our FAQs
Social Media
-Create, track & send Flytrippers newsletters 3 times per week
-Create, track & publish content posts on all Facebook pages
-Create, track & publish daily Facebook posts for flight deals on individual city pages
-Monitor & reply to every comment on those Facebook posts
-Monitor & reply to every message in the Facebook pages inbox
-Track performance and report outstanding performing post weekly
-Suggest new types of content and growth tactics based on results
-One post per day on Pinterest
-One post per day on Twitter with hashtags
-One post per day on Instagram Stories with swipe-up
-One post per day on Facebook Stories
-One post per week on LinkedIn
-Moderate future Facebook groups
Requirements:
-Bilingual (English/French)
