Hi,
I worked at a web hosting company for almost five years. Throughout the journey, I was able to experience becoming a customer service, technical support, sales, retention and billing representative at the same time through phone, chat and emails. The job was quite broad allowing me to discover all my capabilities. I was exposed to customers with different types of personalities and with different types of standing in society. This thing alone would make me the best candidate for this position.
I'm known to be a multitasker and a quick learner, someone who takes jobs seriously but making sure I don't forget to have a fun environment; someone that exhaust all resources and go extra mile for the customer; I was known to be someone to go to(asks help from me when the issue of the customer is new to them). Let's face the truth that companies do not provide all the training needed especially if there's a wide range of scope like a web hosting company. This does not give me just additional knowledge but also gives me the fulfillment that I was able to resolve the issue on my own, was able to give extra mile and great customer satisfaction.a wide range of scope like a web hosting company.
