Graphics design updates needed to some core marketing items

We are a company operating hotels and other accommodations in India. We have previously utilized a graphics design firm for some design work such as letterhead, business cards,small envelope, big envelope, 5-sheet notepad and a few other items. We have opened up a new property, and have also changed some address and phone details for existing property, and I need to make the changes to all of our designs. I have a .pdf version of each item required, and need the following for two properties. Per my understanding the graphics firm had done the design in coreldraw using custom-created fonts and has given me the final .pdf document Letterhead - 2 designs (1 per property) Small envelope - 2 designs (1 per property) Big Envelope - 2 designs (1 per property) Notepad - 2 designs (1 per property) Business Cards - approximately 5-10 designs (basic design remains the same, employee and address details will change) Other Business Card - basic informational card - 2 designs (1 per property)
