VBS Win 7 Profile Backup Restore Script - repost

I need a VB Script to backup and restore a local Windows 7 active directory user profile (specific files and folders, printers and mapped network drive locations. The script will reside and be run from a network share (Example - //nas/backup/[login to view URL]). The script will create a folder with the profile name (+ timestamp) of the user being backed up (Example - //nas/backup/username_123456789/). The script will be able to be run with User (for their own profile) or as local or domain Administrator to collect a specified locally cashed user profile. The script will include error handling to include prompting for permissions when needed. The script will log all actions for each profile backup/restore action as a text file stored in the generated user backup folder. The code will be completely documented and clean and organized in appearance. The code has 4 major sections.
