I need an application that let to install emoticones into the MSN
Messenger, similar to that in this web [url removed, login to view]
The program will request to me:
introduction (name of pack and description)
privacy policy (a txt with terms)
that for adding webs to one's Internet bookmark (favourites) list (add a webpage to favourites)
installation (wich smileys i wont to pack)
All compile and make a exe, these exe one will have all the previous one and it install in windows live messenger
Provider can select it´s own emoticones and designs. They no are essential
for the application.
Software must be delivered in source code with an document that deeply
explains the code to let to translate it to other languages and to add
other images.
