Sharepoint 2007/2010 workflow (Visual Studio 2010)

A sharepoint workflow needs to be created on a document library which is associated with an email address. The workflow will start each time when an email is saved to the document library. From this point a process with the following steps will start: - Verify if the address of the incoming email is valid - Save the attachment to a network folder(the attachment is a text file(s) and sometimes may be archived in a zip file, case in which a component will be used to extract the archive programmatically - I will provide the component) - Run a component (a VB class library- .dll ) The component will open the files previously saved on the network folder search and remove a string sequence then save them back to the original folder. - Notify the operator, by sending an email when the process is complete. NOTE: For each step in the process if there is an error - send email notification to the operator. The workflow should be created to work on Sharepoint 2007 as well as in sharepoint 2010. The deliverables will include Visual Studio 2010 project, the executable, workflow installation file and step by step setup instructions. All the code will be VB.net.
