stopwatch/timer script for Outlook contact form

I need a stopwatch/timer script for a custom Outlook Contact form. Function will be similar to that on the Journal/Activity form. I think it would be best for you to build a custom form with these elements and give me the project by Outlook pst file. Features needed:
- start/stop togglebutton input with ability to pause timer
- reset button input
- start & stop time variables
- start variable defaults to date/time of form open
- actualtime (duration) variable that displays in hour:minute format (01:30)
- I need a field for actualtime with the ability to hand enter decimal values (ie: 1.5 instead of 01:30) that will automatically convert to hour:minute. When a value is hand entered the stop time variable should reflect the time of starttime + actualtime
- A field for billabletime that defaults to actualtime and has the same hand entry conversion function as actualtime field.
