Griaule 2009 Biometric Fingerscan SDK - create an interface DLL

I am looking for someone who has the Griaule 2009 SDK and can write a DLL for me to interface with my application. I already use several Biometrics devices. Each one has its own interface DLL that I created. I would now like to create a new DLL, to conform to my apps interface methods, that uses the Griaule 2009 SDK as the main link to supported devices within Griaule 2009 SDK. I don't think this is a complex job necessarily because the Griaule 2009 SDK does all the work. It is just creating the Interface between that and my app. I can supply a framework to work from.
