Looking to build VB app mainly on COM communication

This includes: 6 man-hours - Requirements detailed definition / clarification 4 man-hours - General program organization and process flow 4 man-hours - Design program interface and input/ouput data structures 8 man-hours - Study of devices communication protocol and design testing model Program functions design and coding: 8 man-hours - Main GUI 6 man-hours - Main functionality module 6 man-hours - Communication protocol implementation 4 man-hours - Devices simulation module (device model) 2 man-hours - Events log 2 man-hours - Program configuration/settings 4 man-hours - Program menu commands 6 man-hours - Testing and debugging on devices model 4 man-hours - Testing and debugging in real environment 4 man-hours - Program details customization. Total program cost 500 USD (670 SGD). Project could be finished within 4 weeks time frame. The final deliverables will include executable and source files of program code in VS2010 project.
