I have already done a similar software few weeks back. I will provide you an executable . When you run it for the first time , it will ask the website address where the pdf resides (name changes are not an issue as long as it returns the pdf file). There will be a button titled as "Automate the process". When you click on it, it will create a scheduled task in windows scheduled task that runs every day or at specified time intervals. UI will have following controls 1-textbox for server address. 2-textbox for specifying the network location path. 3-Time interval textbox after which the process runs again 4-Automate the process button to create entry in scheduled tasks
