Markable is a corporate Event management company, based in Dubai and serve MENA & Levant area. Due to Corona Crises and the restrictions caused on executing physical events , We shifted the same concept in to Virtual event . Here is a summary of the basics requirement at Physical event and what should be converted in to a virtual one . Registration Desk in which attendance pass by to register , fill the form and ake their name badge Pre-function area , with some sponsors demo pods and brochure racks placed , that they can visit to watch a presentation or take a brochure Conference area , in which large screen in place with backdrop , stage and presenter to explain main topics of event . All the above should be transformed in to virtual . in which a link will be sent to the audience to attend the event at a certain date , once attended the first design will be a 3D registration desk where they click on register and get reg form to fill and have a name badge , then another slide with pre-function area and some 3D demo pods show to visit and click on screen for presentation or brochure rack to download a PDF brochure , the the last stage will be taking them to conference area , with 3D design of stage and backdrop where they click on the presenter name to watch presentation video .
