Hi I am not sure where you get the 24 hours from because the work will not take more than 1 hour. It is only the name server propagation that can indeed 24 hours but usually less. What is needed - Cloudflare access - Domain name - Access to domain zone - Access to change name servers of domain You write that the name server has already been updated to point to Cloudflare then I do not understand why you not add your domain to Cloudflare because that is basically it. When you add your domain to Cloudflare, they will scan your site, and add the zone file, you need to check this if it is correct and that is it. I have used Cloudflare and removed it again for several sites and that basically that I did not see any usage for it for sites that are local.
