Help One-way Links Needed ASAP

I need 100 NON-reciprocol links to my site. Would like links with pr5 or better. Must be relative to my site. Do Not bid if you can not complete this project in the time frame you place. Also Do Not bid if you can not do this project to completion. I have a low budget for this project due to expenses from other poor sellers...but if all goes well I WILL have many other projects for the right person. More advanced info for those who need it: I need 50 one way links (NON-reciprocal) for a gift and gadjet site. Would like at to have them from relative sites but I am ok with directories as long as they are in the proper catagory. (I prefer more sites that are relative to mine though.) Must have a pr5 or higher. (the higher the better) Would love to have this completed as soon as possible...I have wasted a long time with other sellers who started this job but never completed it.
