I would like to hire a SEO company that is willing to work on a performance basis. I have a significant ad budget for my company but I don't want to throw money at something that I'm not sure is going to work. I am looking to get [login to view URL] in the top 10 search results for the key phrases "massage school" and "massage schools". Please take a look at my website and at the competition there is for these terms and let me know what price you would be willing to guarantee a top 10 spot for. If top 10 is too difficult I would also take pricing for top 20. I am looking to have this on a guaranteed basis - meaning that I only pay once the result has happened. I am happy to put the money is escrow while the work is being done. I would like pricing information for getting my site to that spot initially and then what the cost would be each month to keep it there. Thanks, James

Hi James, We can definetly do the work, and in fact this is exactly the type of approach we like with our customers. First and foremost, I think we should review your keyword strategy. I am not saying that the 2 suggested keywords are not good, I am just saying that there is too little traffic that these 2 keywords will generate, even if you would be positioned on position 1. For example "massage schools" was searched in the last 24 hr just 50 times on google. Even if you get 10% of those searches to transfer into visits ... that would mean 5 visits. You won't make money with 5 visits a day. :) We would ask for a upfront fee of 2500 US, in Escrow + a 400 US / month as a retainer after we have prooved our success.
