55 PR1+ permanent links required

I require 55 PR1+ permanent one-way (i.e. non-reciprocal) links for an Internet Marketing Coaching Website. It is important that the links be placed on websites of a similar industry (i.e. internet marketing or business opportunity type websites. 10% [approx 5] of the total links should be PR5 or higher 30% [approx 17]of the total links should be PR3 and PR4 60% [approx 33]of the total links should be PR1 and PR2 I will specify an URL which you link to, and the 55 different keyword phrases you are to use in the links as title text within the hyperlink. Each hyperlink must also contain a short phrase as a description of the link. I will provide you with 15 different descriptions. You will be able to select which ones you want to use from the 15 for any of the links you wish. You must use up at least 10 of the descriptions. All links much be from different domains and no more than 4 of any linking pages may reside on the same IP Address (same class c block). I reserve the right to refuse any link made or request a replacement. Please send a full URL listing of the pages which you will be placing the links on. Link pages must be have been cached by google within the last 3 weeks. Link must not reside on a page with more than 19 outbound links. NO RelNoFollow (rel="nofollow") must not appear on the code of any linking page. Links should not be listed on illegal or offensive websites. No link farms, link-exchange programs or forums may be used Links must be permanent. You must send an url list to me for pre-approval shortly after you submit your bid. Payment : Escrow will be released once all links are verified and after each page that contains each link has been cached by Google.
