Three osCommerce Websites and One Forum Site

Hello,
I require extensive work on 4 of my websites, the work must be completed no later than 17th April 2009. 3 Websites are osCommerce related, they need to be installed using the latest version.
Once installed numerous mods need to be installed and relevant modifications must be made to the columns - I would also require flash scripts to be added to the columns of two of the sites.
All four sites require a professional look which must be unique, the fourth site is a forum based site that runs on Phpbb this site is interlinked with one of the other sites and must have the same theme as the other site. Visitors will use the forum site as a technical support area.
Ideally I would like to have a 'Help' logo on top of of all sites to allow users to have online assistance from a click of a button.
The main emphasis on all sites are the look and feel, I must stress the importance of a professional look that it must have.
The osCommerce sites will need to have the SEO mod ready installed.
Once the work is completed each site must undergo vigorous testing to ensure that the sites are error free.
