website design and compliant landing page for google adwords

need a website built with about 5-8 pages. php, flash, java asp scripts for order boxes etc. must have a lot of knowledge in website design. also need a landing page built to a google compliant standard for google adwords that we will be using. i do not want our website built under word press or any other blog applications.
This project has changed. I am needing a team to create landing pages for my Google adword clients for destination url's that get good quality scores. I will pay on a case by case basis for landing pages depending on the severity of the work. some will be more colorful and in depth than others. $20-60 a page. ( full time ) in some cases. I am needing a turn around time of no longer than 72 hours max for landing pages. Thank you.
