website help

I am looking for someone to assist with some updating and changes to some websites I manage. I have a few sites that I have managed after they were built by someone else. I have limited knowledge in website construction but have taught myself enough to keep them going. Now I would like to update a few things and its becoming beyond what I know how to do. What I can tell you is they are build in .asp and use microsoft access as the database that drives them. The assistance should be very simple to someone who knows what they are doing. And this could lead to a partnership of work down the road. I setting the maximum at 100.00 because I think for what I need, I should be able to find someone to do it for that or less. There is an main admin log in where the admin can add or take away a link for the pages that appear across the top in that bar. I am going to be duplicating this site for another site and I want the links to go down the side instead of across the top. or something to that effect. this is the kind of simple things that i need and a complete list will be given before you agree to work.
