551323 E-commerce site design (not functionality).

Looking for a design clone of overstock dot com. All of the functionality is currently in place, we just need someone to handle all the layout work. We have programmers in place doing the backend coding, so you would just need to do the layout. Styling must be done with pure CSS, no tables. You must have a basic understanding of a Django framework or at least a willingness to learn aspects of the Django template system. Each element of the site is modular. If you don't know what that means, then don't bid! (sorry) There will need to be a back and forth process. We will need things to be tweaked as it goes on, so expect this. Lastly, you must have good English skills and be available to chat via Google Chat.
