Convert my Review Website PSD to HTML5/CSS/Jquery

Hi Freelancers, ABOUT THE PROJECT I have decided to change my homepage for my website and have redesigned it using photoshop. The photoshop file needs to be converted to html 5/css 3 with some jquery components. I have included 2 other photoshop files that are a variation of the 1st photoshop file to help you understand the jquery components and I will also help you with some documentation that I will give to the winning bidder. You can also view my website [login to view URL] to assist you in coding the file. ABOUT THE RESULTING CODE The code should be an exact representation of the photoshop file that I have given you. The code should be tested using different desktop browsers and should look the same. The code should also be tested using Android and iPhone browsers to ensure it looks the same. Freelancers are welcome to download the css/html from [login to view URL] and use as a basis for their code. ABOUT THE FREELANCER My chosen freelancer will need to work hard to ensure the resulting code is to a high standard. My favourite freelancers are thinkers who go above and beyond what I have asked to try and produce a better result than what I have asked for. My chosen freelancer should upload their code to a server as soon as it is coded and email the link to me. Regular updates & requested changes should be done to that same server. PAYMENT In accordance with Freelancer.com recommendations, payment will be made in one milestone and will be released only after work has been completed to satisfaction. I have excellent feedback because I release funds so be assured you will be paid. POTENTIAL MORE WORK I have html fixes that need to be done on this same website.
