I have attached a screen mockup of 10 pages, though most of the pages are almost very similarly and only 5 pages actually. This is an intranet site, so no worries about older browser compatibilities.. The website needs to work only in modern browsers (chrome, firefox).
Has to be HTML5 compliant, use bootstrap or any modern JS library.. If you can make it a SPA (single-page-application) with AngularJS, that will be cool... if not, I'm okay with older style simple webpage with jQuery.. when giving quote, please mention which approach you will be taking (jQuery or AngularJS)..
no need to be mobile compliant, as this is used in intranet office..
