Custom Website Request - Orthotics and Foot Comfort Center

I have been looking for a freelancer to design a website for my retail orthotics and foot comfort store. I have been looking around at template sites and have gotten some quotes as well. I am taking this oppertunity if possible because the business just reached it's 1 year anniversary and we're on a tight budget. I would design the site myself but do not have the time or skills. I am good with basic graphic design but never learned enough to put together my own custom website. I have a couple screen shots available which represent the style and look that I am considering. I pretty much have the pictures and text that I would be useing. In most cases I just need someone to put it together for me. I am looking for a fairly basic information site at most. no online sales, just info and maybe a form or two to request information or soforth. I am looking for approximately 8 main pages which include: Home, About Us, The Foot, Our Products(Orthotics, Comfort Shoes, Foot Care Accessories), Our Process, FAQ, and contact us. I would like the pictures to change on the home page but do not want a lot of flash or animation. I am open to suggestion and you are the professional and any additional recommendations are appreciated.
