We are looking for a complete site redesign (except for homepage).
We are looking for a nice and simple UI that is easy to follow for the user and consistent with our color scheme.

Our front page already has a design which is posted below. The PSD is done for homepage as well.
Please look at our site (register first) and look around to understand the necessary work.
I had previous designer quote me at a lower end in this price bracket (small project: $250-750) and I would prefer to stay around that.
Also, my company is looking for this project among others who ideally this bidder will win. We are looking for someone will good communicate/english, provide a working schedule with the contractor (gchat, aim, email, etc), and someone who will be proud of their work and is very skilled (this is very a very important project for us).
If these listed above are fully satisfied, the designer WILL be given with the opportunity of additional work.

Note: User Page and Feedback are just examples and are not final. Also, comments and suggestions on these two pages are already made for quick start on designer. All PSD files already made will be given to designer as well.
We would ideally like someone with a creative mind and someone who understand the fantasy sports realm or at least sports in general ask this UI and design will be toward the industry. Also, a user page mock up (a past mock up is attached) will greatly enhance the bidders chance for us to assess designers ability and commitment to project. PLEASE be sure to look over the dev site to understand all necessary work.
If needed, some websites for inspiration and examples will be given as well.
