I am looking for a high-end graphic/web designer. Your core skills must be design and not programming.
I do not want any agency or person to apply who just has designs based on WordPress themes or the like.
To qualify for this job you must have:
An outstanding design portfolio
The ability to turnaround quality work in a reasonable time
Freelance rating of 4.8 or above
A work completion rate of 80% and above
Past Freelancer work history of mainly Website Design & Graphic Design
I will reward the right candidate with regular work at very good numeration rates.
