Music Artist Website

Hello freelancers, I need a website to be done. The website style and the system will be similar to [login to view URL] . I would like my site to be easily editable using admin panel, custom CMS or WordPress. I need six pages : Home, News, About, Music, Media, Fans and Store [ link to other website ]. The "Fans" page will include the forum, which users can sign up using any social network [ Twitter, Facebook, Google, Yahoo, Windows Live, Linked In etc. ] and after the users have signed up, the profile page for the user will be unlocked, they can add forum discussion topics, comment on other topics etc. I will include the slideshow on homepage. For the "Home" page, I would like a grid-based style. On the page the latest news will be shown with the arrow to swap between them. The Twitter, Facebook feeds and latest Photos, Videos will also be shown in the homepage miscellanously. And the bar on the left side to change between them, they are Show All, News, Twitter, Facebook, Photos, Videos. I would also like to include a jukebox and mailing list icons ( medium size but not too small ) on the corner of the navigation bar. When click on jukebox, the music player will drop-down and play a song of the visitor's wish. When click on mailing list icon, lightbox will open to let visitors subscribe to newsletter including Name, Email, Country, and Date Of Birth in the box. I would also like the website's background and the basic colors of texts, headings, navigation bar, buttons etc.. to be easily updatable.
