New Web design for dentist, pretty simple and straightforwar

We are a new pediatric dental office that will be opening this summer. We are going to an area where there is no competition in this specialty, and very few general dentists have websites. We want a pretty straightforward website that will be easy for us to maintain and change/add content as we see fit. We have a logo that we would like to incorporate into the website and hopefully style the site to match the feel/design of the logo. We do not have all of the content, so we can add that after we take over management of the website. Here are the pages/content we want: Home: intro with small description of who we are. Contact info VERY visible on each page. Links to our facebook profile showing as well. Page 2: pics and small descriptions of doctor and staff. Page 3: information about the office with a sub-tab that contains a photo gallery where when you click on one picture, it makes it bigger and allows you to flip through the pictures at your own pace, and "x" out whenever you choose. Page 4: More descriptions, as well as link to a couple PDF forms to download Page 5: More explanations of services Page 6: Contact page with google map. Also put in form to submit for appointment request We want the look to be fun, but not too busy to appeal to mostly women with children between the ages of 2-16. Our market is geared towards the mothers of potential patients of the clinic. We are looking for someone who: -can design a website that can be handed over to us to manage and update very easily since this is our first/only website. Prefer the CMS to be something user friendly like Joopla or Wordpress. Don't know if there are other CMS that are beginner friendly like these, so we are flexible. -make the website so that if we have someone help us update/design later on, they can do so without having to redo the whole website. -will create the website, but we own the copyright and content of it to do with as we decide. -make a website that is NOT from a simple template obtained off the web. We want it simple, but would like a bit more branding for our practice. Easy to navigate, but with an appealing look, preferable with styles/colors/textures/fonts that are in our logo. -can do some simple SEO to get us noticed on google places and basic websearches. This should not be difficult since there are very few web search terms that we would fall under and there is little to no websites in the area within our profession. Also tie our Google Analytics account to the site Please send us information on similar websites you have done. Definite plus if you have designed similar websites. I was going to attempt to do this myself since it is pretty basic, but I don't have time to teach myself the basics of web design. Thanks a million! -
