37965 Site template & icon design

I'm looking for a high quality web designer to do a variety of things for me. 1. 10 large icons - I'd need a set of 10 large icons that are representative for every main section on my site. Icons should have the same style and should be preferably custom made. Good Graphic design skills are required here. 2. Site Template - I'd need an improvement of an existing site template (including a revamp of a logo). This is a template for a business-like site so you must be able to design a clean template that's professional looking. 3. Sub pages using the Template - For the same site, I'd need a design within the improved template of several sub pages. Mainly this work will consist of adding graphic elements to a page so the content can be presented in a professional manner (e.g. bullets, lines, small icons, layout of a directory…) Requirements - Please provide references of work you did in the past as well as pricing info (per job task or hourly rate) through P.M. - I'm looking for a designer whom I can work with on a long term basis and who is reliable as far as deadlines and scheduling is concerned. - I'm looking for a designer who was MSN or ICQ who is easy to communicate with (knows sufficient English as well) - SEO knowledge from a design point of view would be a + - Possible Payments: Directly through Paypal, Western-Union, Scriptlance Escrow or bank transfer if within the European Union.
