296008 Super One Page Design

I want a webpage designed with high style and attention to details. The purpose of this page is to eventually make it a template for my B2B site, so it needs to have a business theme. I will provide some graphics and banners. The colors used are sandy green, sand and shades in between, there also can be light purple, but just for design accentuation (see [login to view URL]). I want the total size of the page and its content not to exceed 150K. The width of the page is 776 pixels and has columns on both sides. I do not have the advertisements, so you can place some test graphics where needed. A hand sketch is attached, here is a description to the elements: [login to view URL] flash header is provided, it is followed by a horizontal menu. [login to view URL] footer is a bar with gif background similar in design to the flash menu, but has simple | text links | like this |. [login to view URL] left column start with a "login" and "register" buttons on top of a graphics background which blends with the column color. This is followed by a 5 button menu with links pointing to the same items from the header menu. The buttons need to have a modern design utilizing some .dhtml effects. This is followed by a Newsletter subscription space, then more advertising. [login to view URL] right column starts with 4 buttons titled "Find products", "Find Companies", "inquiry basket" and "inquire now". This is followed by two advertisement spaces then "Business News" in bullets. [login to view URL] center column will start with a standard banner on left and space for logo on right, this is followed by the search engine. Below the search engine are two columns for "featured companies" and "featured sectors", the featured companies will be listed in cells, with bullets and with cell color switch upon curser hover. The featured sectors will be 12 buttons which I will provide (2 columns, 6 rows). This is all followed by 2 rows of product pictures, each row having 5 items measuring 100 pixels square. Notes: If you have to use lines, I prefer dotted or dashed lines For column background colors, use web safe colors. Utilize cell color and background images whenever possible. Please provide examples, even if they are not yours. Remember the site will be use to make a template, so patters must be reusable.
