Wordpress Update and redesign

I currently have my site up Live using an older version of Wordpress.
I want to update to the latest version of Wordpress.
I would like to choose between a few different templates.
The main goal is to update my site.
It is important that whoever takes on this job has experience designing
and maintaining Artist (music ) websites.
There are a number of widgets that I am currently using that I would like to replace.
It is likely that the designer will need to transfer the data across and probably remove most of the html that is currently up on my site.
I want a simple , easy to maintain website.
The home page will need a
1) a twitter feed and links to my FB page,twitter account, Youtube channel, RSS feed etc.
2) a (Sonic Bids ) widget with my upcoming Live performances
3) A news section that I can update daily/weekly
4) Mailing list option (probably Mail Chimp)
Am open to any ideas, suggestions as to which
Mailing list provider, Music widget etc to use
I have a Logo that I would like incorporated into the Banner on the top of the Home page and through out the site.
