Hi, We purchased an HTML theme off of themeforest. We are looking for someone to customize this theme for a particular project. We need a form added to this that looks and works similar to the one over at [login to view URL] We won't need payment integration or anything. Just a simple form to Email with all the effects seen on that site including the validations and such. But better designed. On the homepage, we need the header fixed. Also, need the jquery word rotator implemented. ( [login to view URL] ) Budget is $50 for this.
