ADD OPTION TO UPLOAD IMAGES IN CONTACT FORM WORDPRESS

I have two things that need to be adjusted.
1. Currently I am using Contact Form 7, I would like to add the option to upload image and video files only.
2. When the messages are sent from the contact form on my website to my email address, the subjects from the drop down menu does not show up in my email rather the text "[your-subject]" in the email subject always comes up in my email inbox.

My website is responsive.
If It is better to change the plugin from "Contact Form 7" to another, it is okay.
