Make Website similair to an existing.

Dear Contractors. Happy New Year!!!! We need a new ecommerce site for selling online products. We are not looking for a WordPress Site. The site must be accessible to all users, but in order to make a purchase, write a comment, read a comment , etc, the users must login/register first. It must have a customer account facilitiy where cusomters can see past orders, and payments. The site will need to process payments with atleast the paypal option. If you are experienced with other payment details, they should be integrated aswell. The customer will need to track orders and view order status such as: Waiting for payment, Payment complete. Besides this there should come a download link available, wich is only available for that specific user that made the purchase. Since it is an online product, other user have to be able to purchase it aswell (but then from a different link) If the user have made the payment, they should be able to re-download that product( This will be discussed in a later stage where it will be more explained). There must be different sections, wich needs a different aproach. Some products are available only once, others mutliple times. there must be an easy way to change the price, and update the product. For the products, we rely on other users. So other users must be able to add there own listing. There listing have to go through a review procces, done by the site admin. The users are only available to change there own listing they made. For there listing there are different sources that needs to be uploaded, and included. Images (png, and jpg from specific sizes) archive (rar only!) besides this, the user also have to go throug a range of checkboxes and some open answered questions. These answers should be visible on there listing page. If the user makes a new listing, there should be different options: - featured - Promote Pack 1 - Promote pack 2 These have different prices which the user have to pay if they select it. On each user profile there should be a "wallet". In this wallet they "save" there money from there sales. This money should be transfered to there account(bank account, and or Paypal account) when they have reached a specific number. The transfering will be done manually, but the user has to fill in a minimum amount. If that amount has been reached, a message should go out to a specific email adress. For all the steps the users are going through on the website, they should be infomred with a (pre-setup) email. The general layout and template should be based on an existing website wich i tell you when the project has been awarded. We also need some basic training on how to accessadmin, add products etc.. Please also include the fact that the various things may need to be tweaked or added during the project.
