Online store improvement and maintenance - open to bidding

This is a new site I am launching, it’s an online store for medical equipment and supplies. The site is already created by me and now I need to delegate it to someone that improve it over time with x hours monthly indefinitely:
- Monthly SEO
- Add new products
- Add simple banner images showcasing some of the products and categories (not fancy design needed)
- Improve site features over time
- Improve site performance
- Setup Google Analytics properly
- Etc.
Some main characteristics about the store:
- Around 10.000 products and more than 500 categories/sub categories (Excel skill needed for creating CSV files for adding the products)
- A lot of product variations
- It is not possible to make real purchases, the shopping cart is only available to request a quote
- The site is created in Wordpress with Woocommerce, a quote plugin and a responsive theme
