Creation of a tracking system for a Gifting program of seven levels, with a forward/reentry option. At each level there are 8 freshmen, 4 sophermore, 2 juniors and one senior. There should be a backoffice for each participant and a flexibility for website fees payments online or mailed in. Parentage is key for this tracking system (participants should follow their invitor or their invitor's invitor etc.).
