I need someone to create a mobile marketing platform that allows people to opt-in through their mobile phones. For example they text "sale" to a shortcode "23423" and they are now opt-in to a mobile list. After that I can set up campaigns where I am able to sent coupons and announcements. Some things I'm looking for is: - ability to create shortcodes - ablility to create campaigns - payment system to create and sell packages (example: set-up fee and 1000 text messages for $50 a month)
