Logo and Color Scheme Design

I am starting a new business and am looking to create a fresh new feel for the marketing of the firm. The 3 firms that are currently in the industry are older firms, with high cost structures, that are not using technology to lower costs or provide the level of functionality that the internet can provide them. Basically, they were established and created their process prior to the internet days and adopted a web strategy that copied their offline services. I feel this is a great opportunity for a new firm to integrate the web into providing the service. Therefore, I am looking for a logo design, poster design, color scheme and website theme. I would like to hire 3 people to work of two hours each to come up with separate ideas. Then I will hire the one I think works the best.
