Upgrade Prestashop store from 1.4 to 1.6 MG

The project is to upgrade an exiting Prestashop store from version 1.4 to 1.6. I am seeking a Prestashop developer with detailed knowledge of the upgrade process. The upgrade must include for a template similar to existing store and must include all current features, maintain URL,s, include all existing images for all products, text for all products all exiting modules to be included within the store.
I will expect the developer to complete the upgrade in test area from exiting files and DB for checking and testing. Once confirmed as correct, files and DB to be transferred to server to go live.
Important that the upgrade uses standard Prestashop files which are not modified to facilitate any future upgrades.
Price must include for 2 months support in the event of issues.
