PSD to xHTML Template

Hey everyone, I myself a graphic/web designer but because I don't have time due to business running I need you to convert an already PSD template xHTML. The PSD template contain one page only (home page) but within the home page there are three boxes which has to be displayed when a user clicks on a specific symbol/button. I think Ajax has to be included but I believe it can be done with CSS too. There is a simple contact form has to be coded to a working contact form, Not much, there are three fields only with a submit button. The second box, is viewing our design projects, which is a mini slider.
