Simple Website design to html - repost

Hello I have a simple Website design that I need to be converted into html. The web site consists of 4 static pages. The pages are very simple consisting of an image and some text. One of the four page is a "Contact" form with the usual input fields. Upon submission, an email with those information has to be sent to some email address Overall design: On navigation bar on the left. The content area on the right with a big picture in the background and white semi transparent context area in the middle. What I will give you: A jpeg image describing the overall design(jpeg, not psd) The fonts to be used for text The names of the colors for the text and navigation bar items Logo Few jpegs What I prefer to get from you The pages in simple static html files (and maybe a php script for sending contact emails) (But a template for wordpress or joomla would also be ok, please specify what are gonna deliver) Please see the attached mock up. The actual design will be sent upon agreement
