201791 New Front Page, Plus 2

Hello all! Please read this entirely before placing or posting a PMB,A bid. I am looking for a cool designer that has some understanding of how to work with a SMC web site. First of all I must have a designer that is willing to communicate with me on this project. If you can't, please move on and thank you for reading my posting. I have a site manager on my web site that you need to work with. There are 3 pages that need to be uploaded to my web site. You must be able to work with our processing system on my web site and incorporate the new design onto my site. This should be easy for a professional designer or one who understands the back office of a web site. I am looking to take my existing web site from a F to an A+. Please note that I am a very small company. My site has been up for four years now, but it hasn't made any money. I need something more professional, but I cannot afford a high priced design. The design needs to be creative. I have one other person working on this site and I need somebody who can do a better job. Also installation procedure/support because I need to be aware how the site works with your new installation, so I can do the updates for my front page and work with adding new links and removing old ones. I need the following things added to my site: (1) A new front page, that is cool and great looking, more information will be in the attached file about this project, so you should read the attached file for all of the information needed to do this project. (2) I have a web site that sells gift items and needs someone to boost traffic and sales right away in order to be ready for the new year. I need someone to do SEO, for my new link & resource page, for my site. If you are looking to search to find my ranking good luck. My PR's aren't very good, it is very very very low. I need help tweaking the information to get my ranking up higher in the search engine, as well as a higher page ranking. If you intend on linking my site to 100s of irrelevant sites, please don't, only people that have experience in sales and link building, can generate the traffic and build me a great looking front page. I need all the help that I can get to build my business. (3) A customer logo is needed to be designed to fit the business name as well, for this site, www.Quality1GiftStore.com-- , Q1GST.COM. I have one in my file but if you can come up with a better one, please show me any suggestions. Please leave your web site and portfolio information so I can see your previous work. (4) I am looking for a complete high quality design for under $140.00, I don't have a big budget for this. So please be reasonable. What I am asking for is not much, pretty simple stuff for a Pro.
