Redesign and Fix Website

We are looking for a professional to redesign and fix our webstore. Our existing store [login to view URL] needs a new look as well as functionality restored.
We want this website to have some similarities with [login to view URL] but have its own unique features.
We want to make sure:
1. The credit card system works for purchases
2. Implement Paypal payments for purchases
3. See if Google Checkout can be and should be implemented
4. Fix the shopping cart (occasionally it doesn't work)
5. Connect UPS shipping calculations to checkout process
6. Implement functionality that automatically removes sold items from being listed on website
7. Create a "What's New" page where the newest items that are uploaded to the website show up
8. Create a Testimonials page
9. When a customer logs in they should be able to see their previous orders as well as comment on the service they received
10. These comments that customers make should show up on a newly created Testimonials page
11. An Advanced Search should be created so that customers can search more precisely for products
12. Design a database that makes uploading of items onto website much easier and automatically cycles the items on the website if they haven't been sold
13. As part of the checkout process add a send as a gift option
14. Redesign flash file on home page to be clickable and have larger images.
Products page must show:
1. Description
2. Similar items
3. Customers also bought
