Basic responsiveness on a really simple website

As title says, I need basic responsiveness added to my .css and if you want you can clean the stylesheet up a bit too since it's a mess. I AM SHORT ON CASH, SO I AM LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO DO THIS A FAVOR (FREE OF CHARGE)! If you get triggered because I am simply asking for some free help then DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO RESPOND TO THIS!
