Go to [login to view URL] and look at the site. This is something I did as a mockup from a Godaddy theme. I now want to turn it into a WordPress site with very certain and specific needs and requirements.
Site owner wants color scheme to be similar to the hunter green in her logo. Images should not be of homes at all, but lake view, cityscapes, landscape with house. We can purchase from Shutterstock. She DOES NOT like the current color scheme, please remember this. She wants a hunter green scheme.
The site has to allow the user to create a profile, click on forms, fill them out and submit, upload resume, upload copy of the drivers license and a head shot. Once these things have been done and submitted, Brokers R Us staff will review and have the ability to approve and then send user a contract that would then needed to be signed and re-submitted. (Maybe use Docusign software) Immediately after the contract has been signed, user will be directed to pay for subscription via Woo Commerce plugin.
