I need a responsive E-Mailer built. See creative designs attached. Or see these links for the designs. 1 design is for the mobile version, the other is for the desktop version. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] When the emailer is dispatched and it is shown on a desktop, then it should look like the desktop design. If that same emailer is opened on a mobile device, then it should look like the mobile version. I have the creative designs in PSD format. Which I can share with you. I need the responsive HTML emailer built with inline CSS for all the styling. No header classes. QA & Testing: 1. I would like to inspect the HTML code myself before continuing with point number 2 below. 2. We have a account on 'Campaign Monitor' (emailing platform) [login to view URL] I would like that code uploaded to our account in order to have it tested by sending a live email to my email address. The emailer will then be tested on both desktop & mobile device. PAYMENT Terms: Payment will only be made after the code has been tested by you and myself and I'm satisfied that the emailer HTML works correctly for both desktop as well as mobile.
